Tahmid is a Technology Programme Manager at Nexus Digital Technology. Tahmid is a hands-on, self-driven individual with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Masters in Human Computer Interaction. Throughout his educational life, Tahmid has worked with a number of different disruptive technologies including AI, VR and IoT (Internet of Things).

Starting at Nexus as a Postgraduate UX Researcher as part of his MSc, Tahmid successfully led an end-to-end research project that explored a problem-centric design project. Tahmid has always had an interest in using technology to better enhance and improve healthcare – he has previously worked on a software project that aimed to help those in early stages of Alzheimer’s to regain independence through using hyper-location within the home.

At Nexus, Tahmid currently manages and works on various concurrent projects including both Nexus B2H and B2B applications. His day to day involves liaising with various internal and external stakeholders, process mapping technological processes across Nexus products, closely working with the development team to eliminate blockers, specification writing for new features and product overhauls, prototyping for new feature releases, business continuity and disaster recovery planning and generally supporting the team day-to-day.
