Estrellita has an overall 18 years of experience in Auditing, Accounting and Finance and strives to learn new things which are outside her comfort zone and is one who rolls up her sleeve to get the job done. She excels with all levels of organization, leads by example, builds diverse and high performing teams, earn respect and follows through all commitments, and extremely disciplined with firm integrity.

Estrellita’s core competencies are financial modeling, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, variance analysis, IFRS, treasury management, consolidation, P&L and BS, and costing and pricing. She had managed multiple organizations through significant changes such as integration, implementation of new accounting systems, aligning operations with finance which resulting in cohesiveness within the organization.
